On Friday we started to being the filming of our trailer. the weather was good as it was both over cast and windy. This is the sirt of weather we are looking to film in as it sets the mood of our film. The place where we dicided to start our filming was on our school campus in one of the more "darker" areas. We used dead dogs wood to film the walking of the girl (myself). I was carrying books to give the impression that I was walking back from school along a woodland path. We got various different shots and angles and took lots of footage so that we had many clips to edit. We also filmed the chase of Henri (male actor) through one of the stubble fields which also involved a lot of different shots from different angles. As we didnt have a huge amount of time, we didnt manage to get a huge amount of footage, however have got enough to begin editing the beginning of our trailer. We need to make sure that the next time e film the weather is similar to how it was on Friday so that the clips match and work together.
Obviously we have had to look at the weather forcast as you can see on the below posts to see when will be appropriate to film.
Some of the next pieces of footage will need to be filmed later in the afternoon as we will begin to need a little darker light for some of the shots. This means that our filming will now need to take place outside of class time after lessons.
